Akaryakıt Krallığı Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Bu metin, iOS ve Android için yayımlanan Akaryakıt Krallığı uygulamasının ve halkpazari.gmgaming.app sunucusundaki oyun bölümünün kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü ("GDPR") kapsamında veri sorumlusu:

2. Kısaca

Hesap gerekmez. Oyunu açtığınızda sunucu size rastgele bir misafir oyuncu kimliği verir; ad, e-posta veya telefon istenmez. Oyun kaydınız (istasyonunuz) sunucuda yalnız size ait özel bir kayıt olarak yedeklenir; diğer oyuncular göremez.
Apple veya Google ile devam etmek isteğe bağlıdır; telefon değiştirdiğinizde kaldığınız yerden devam etmenizi sağlar.
Reklam: yalnız isteğe bağlı ödüllü video reklamlar (Google AdMob). iOS'ta izleme izni, AB/BK/İsviçre'de Google onay formu sorulur. Analitik, çökme raporlama ve uygulama içi satın alma yoktur.
Verilerinizi satmayız. Bağlı hesabınızı oyundan silebilirsiniz: Ayarlar → Hesap ve bulut kaydı → Hesabı sil.

3. Hangi verileri, hangi özellik için işliyoruz

4. Reklamlar, reklam kimliği ve onay

Oyunda yalnızca ödüllü video reklam vardır: kendiniz izlemeyi seçersiniz ve oyun içi ödül kazanırsınız. Zorunlu, geçiş veya banner reklam yoktur. Oyundaki "Reklam" ayarı oyun parasıyla yapılan sanal bir harcamadır; gerçek reklam göstermez.

Reklamları Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) gösterir. Reklam yüklenirken ve gösterilirken SDK, telefonunuzdan doğrudan Google'a şu verileri gönderebilir:

Google bu verileri reklamı sunmak ve ölçmek, sahte tıklama ve gösterimleri önlemek ve izin verilen durumlarda ya da onay verdiyseniz reklamları kişiselleştirmek için kendi sorumluluğunda ve kendi gizlilik politikasına göre işler (Google, iş ortaklarının uygulamalarından gelen bilgileri nasıl kullanır · Google Gizlilik Politikası). Hesap, e-posta ve oyun verileriniz Google'a gönderilmez; reklam kimliğinizi kendi sunucumuza göndermeyiz, saklamayız ve hesabınızla ilişkilendirmeyiz. AdMob bize yalnız toplu gösterim ve gelir raporları verir.

Onay ve seçenekleriniz. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de (ve gerekli diğer bölgelerde) Google'ın onay formu (UMP) reklam başlamadan önce izninizi sorar; tercihinizi Ayarlar → "Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri" (yalnız gerekli bölgelerde görünür) bağlantısından istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. iPhone/iPad: uygulama reklamları başlatırken Apple'ın "İzleme" (ATT) izin penceresini gösterir; izin vermezseniz IDFA kullanılmaz ve reklamlar kişiselleştirilmeden gösterilir, uygulama aynen çalışır. İzni Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme'den değiştirebilirsiniz. Android: reklam kimliğini Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar (bazı telefonlarda Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar) altından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.

6. Paylaştığımız taraflar ve yurt dışına aktarım

Hetzner, Cloudflare, Google ve Apple Türkiye dışında (Almanya, ABD, İrlanda vb.) bulunduğundan veriler yurt dışına aktarılır. Aktarım, KVKK m.9'da öngörülen yöntemlerle (uygun güvenceler, standart sözleşmeler ve gerektiğinde açık rızanız) ve GDPR Bölüm V kapsamında yapılır. Google reklam verilerini bağımsız veri sorumlusu olarak işler. Yetkili kamu kurumlarının mevzuata uygun talebi hâlinde gerekli veriler paylaşılabilir.

8. Hesabınızı ve verilerinizi silme

Bağlı hesap: Oyunda Ayarlar → Hesap ve bulut kaydı → Hesabı sil ve iki onay. Hesabınız, bağlı Apple/Google kimliği ve e-postanız, bulut kaydınız ve oturumlarınız silinir; Apple ile bağladıysanız Apple'daki bağlantı iptal edilir. Bu cihazdaki oyun misafir olarak sürer.
Misafir oyuncu: Apple veya Google ile devam edip Hesabı sil'i kullanabilir ya da info@globalmedia.com.tr adresine "Hesap silme" konulu e-posta gönderebilirsiniz; en geç 30 gün içinde sileriz.

Ayarlar → "Sil ve baştan başla" istasyonunuzu bu cihazda ve sunucuda sıfırlar, hesabınızı silmez. Uygulamayı kaldırmak cihazdaki kaydı siler, sunucudaki verileri silmez.

9. Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve reklamlar çocuk yönelimli olarak işaretlenmemiştir. 13 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız; öğrenirsek sileriz.

10. Güvenlik

Uygulama ile sunucu arasındaki iletişim HTTPS/TLS ile şifrelenir. Oturum anahtarları sunucuda yalnız tek yönlü özet olarak saklanır; Apple yenileme anahtarı şifreli saklanır. Hiçbir sistem yüzde yüz güvenli değildir; bir ihlal olursa mevzuatın öngördüğü şekilde sizi ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'nu bilgilendiririz.

11. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11 / GDPR m.15-22)

KVKK m.11 uyarınca: kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme; işlenmişse bilgi talep etme; işleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme; yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme; eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bunların aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme; otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme; kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme. AB/Birleşik Krallık'ta ayrıca erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği, meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz, rızayı her zaman geri alma (geri alma, önceki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez) ve yetkili denetim makamına şikâyet hakkına sahipsiniz.

Başvurular için info@globalmedia.com.tr adresine "KVKK başvurusu" konulu e-posta gönderin; oyun hesabınız varsa kullanıcı adınızı yazın. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için hesaba bağlı e-posta adresinden yazmanızı veya ek bilgi istememiz gerekebilir. Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlanır. Yanıtı yeterli bulmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

12. Değişiklikler

Veri işleme biçimi değişmeden önce (yeni SDK, reklam, giriş yöntemi vb.) bu sayfayı günceller, tarihi yeniler ve önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Mağaza gizlilik bilgilerini de buna göre güncel tutarız.

1. Data controller and contact

This policy explains how the Akaryakıt Krallığı app for iOS and Android and the game section of the halkpazari.gmgaming.app server processes personal data. The data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") is:

This policy describes the latest version of the app; older versions may not include some of the features described here.

2. Summary

No account needed. When you open the game the server gives you a random guest player ID; no name, email or phone is requested. Your game save (your station) is backed up on the server as a private record that only you can access; other players cannot see it.
Continuing with Apple or Google is optional; it lets you resume where you left off when you change phones.
Ads: only optional rewarded video ads (Google AdMob). On iOS the tracking prompt and, in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, Google's consent form are shown. There is no analytics, crash reporting or in-app purchase.
We do not sell your data. You can delete a linked account in the game: Settings → Account and cloud save → Delete account.

3. Data we process, by feature

What we do not collect: location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, phone number, address, payment/card details, analytics or crash reports.

Device permissions: notifications (optional); internet; on iOS the tracking permission (ATT); on Android the advertising-ID permission added by the ads SDK.

4. Advertising, advertising ID and consent

The game has only rewarded video ads: you choose to watch one and earn an in-game reward. There are no forced, interstitial or banner ads. The "Reklam" (Advertising) setting in the game is a virtual spend of in-game money and does not show real ads.

Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). While an ad loads and plays, the SDK may send the following data directly from your phone to Google:

Device information	Technical details such as model, operating system and version, language and app version.
IP address and approximate location	IP address and the country/city-level approximate location derived from it. Precise location (GPS) is not collected.
Ad interactions and diagnostics	Ad loading, display, views and taps; SDK performance and error diagnostics.

Google uses this data to serve and measure ads, prevent fraudulent clicks and impressions and, where permitted or if you consent, personalize ads, under its own responsibility and privacy policy (How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services · Google Privacy Policy). Your account, email and game data are not sent to Google; we do not send, store or link your advertising identifier on our own servers. AdMob gives us only aggregate impression and revenue reports.

Consent and your choices. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (and other regions where required) Google's consent form (UMP) asks for your consent before ads start; you can change your choice at any time from Settings → "Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri" (Ad privacy options; shown only in regions where required). iPhone/iPad: when ads start the app shows Apple's "Tracking" (ATT) prompt; if you decline, the IDFA is not used, ads are not personalized and the app works as usual. You can change this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Android: you can reset or delete the advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads (on some phones Settings → Privacy → Ads).

We do not sell your data.

We do not process special-category personal data (e.g. health, religious belief, ethnic origin, biometric data).

We do not use your data for solely automated decisions that produce legal effects, or for profiling.

We do not sell your data. We process or share it only as needed to run the service, with:

Hetzner, Cloudflare, Google and Apple are located outside Turkey (Germany, USA, Ireland etc.), so data is transferred abroad. Transfers rely on the mechanisms of KVKK Art. 9 (appropriate safeguards, standard contracts and, where needed, your explicit consent) and GDPR Chapter V. Google processes ad data as an independent controller. Necessary data may be disclosed to competent authorities where the law requires.

7. Retention

8. Deleting your account and data

Linked account: in the game Settings → Account and cloud save → Hesabı sil (Delete account) and two confirmations. Your account, linked Apple/Google ID and email, cloud save and sessions are deleted; if you linked Apple, the Apple link is revoked. The game on this device continues as a guest.
Guest player: you can continue with Apple or Google and use Delete account, or email info@globalmedia.com.tr with the subject "Account deletion"; we delete within 30 days.

Settings → "Sil ve baştan başla" (Delete and start over) resets your station on this device and the server but does not delete your account. Uninstalling removes the on-device save but not server data.

9. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and ads are not marked as child-directed. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if we learn of it we delete it.

10. Security

Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. Session keys are stored on the server only as one-way hashes; Apple refresh keys are stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach occurs we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

11. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Art. 15-22)

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction, and notification of these to recipients; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing. In the EU/UK you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing) and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Send requests to info@globalmedia.com.tr with the subject "Data request" and, if you have a game account, your username. We may ask you to write from the email linked to the account or for further information to verify your identity. We reply free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or your local authority.

12. Changes

Before data processing changes (new SDK, ads, sign-in method etc.) we update this page, revise the date and announce material changes in the app. We keep the store privacy details in line.
