Hatim Hesaplama Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

1. Veri sorumlusu ve iletişim

Bu metin, iOS ve Android için yayımlanan Hatim Hesaplama uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl işlediğini açıklar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü ("GDPR") kapsamında veri sorumlusu:

Bu metin uygulamanın en güncel sürümünü anlatır; eski sürümler burada anlatılan özelliklerin bir kısmını içermeyebilir.

2. Kısaca

Uygulama hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz: hesap, giriş, reklam, analitik, çökme raporlama ve takip yoktur.
Uygulama internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır; hatim listesi, zekat hesaplayıcı ve metinler uygulamanın içindedir.
Konum, kamera, mikrofon, rehber, fotoğraf veya dosya izni istemez. Uygulama dini içerik sunar; ancak hiçbir veriniz bize ulaşmadığı için özel nitelikli kişisel veri işlenmez.

Bu bilgiler bize ve üçüncü taraflara gönderilmez; biz bunlara erişemeyiz. Uygulamayı silmek bu bilgileri cihazdan siler. Cihazınızın iCloud/bilgisayar yedeği açıksa bu yerel bilgiler Apple/Google'ın yedek sisteminde yer alabilir; bu yedeklere erişimimiz yoktur.

Toplamadıklarımız: ad, e-posta, telefon, konum, cihaz veya reklam kimliği, kullanım istatistiği, çökme raporu, ödeme bilgisi.

4. İnternet, dış bağlantılar ve izinler

Uygulama internet bağlantısı olmadan çalışır ve kendi başına sunucuya veri göndermez. İletişim bölümündeki e-posta adresine veya web sitesi bağlantısına, ya da zekat hesaplayıcıdaki Diyanet fetva bağlantısına dokunduğunuzda cihazınızın e-posta uygulaması veya tarayıcısı açılır; bu uygulamalar/siteler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Bize e-posta gönderirseniz e-posta adresiniz ve mesajınız yalnızca size yanıt vermek için kullanılır.

Android sürümü, uygulama altyapısının standart parçası olarak internet ve titreşim izinlerini bildirir. iOS'ta sayaç, ses seviyesi tuşlarını uygulama açıkken sayma için kullanabilir; ses kaydı yapılmaz ve mikrofon izni istenmez.

5. Amaçlar ve hukuki sebepler

Uygulama kişisel veri işlemediği için KVKK/GDPR anlamında bir işleme faaliyeti yürütmeyiz. Yalnız bize e-posta gönderirseniz, yanıt vermek amacıyla e-posta adresinizi ve mesajınızı işleriz (KVKK m.5/2-f meşru menfaat, GDPR m.6(1)(f)); bu yazışmalar talebinizin gerektirdiği süre ve yasal yükümlülüklerin gerektirdiği ölçüde saklanır. Bu amaçla verileriniz yalnız e-posta hizmet sağlayıcımızla (barındırma) paylaşılır; Türkiye dışındaki bir sağlayıcı kullanılması hâlinde aktarım KVKK m.9 ve GDPR Bölüm V'e uygun yapılır.

6. Çocuklar

Uygulama her yaştan kullanıcı tarafından kullanılabilir. Hiçbir kullanıcıdan, çocuklar dahil, kişisel veri toplamadığımız için çocuklara özel ek bir işleme yoktur.

7. Güvenlik

Uygulama veri toplamadığı ve ağ üzerinden veri göndermediği için saklanan veri yalnız cihazınızdadır; cihazınızın kilidi ve güncellemeleri bu verilerin güvenliğini belirler.

8. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11 / GDPR m.15-22)

KVKK m.11 uyarınca: kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme; işlenmişse bilgi talep etme; işleme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme; yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme; eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini ve bunların aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme; otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme; kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme. AB/Birleşik Krallık'ta ayrıca erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama, veri taşınabilirliği, meşru menfaate dayalı işlemeye itiraz, rızayı her zaman geri alma (geri alma, önceki işlemenin hukuka uygunluğunu etkilemez) ve yetkili denetim makamına şikâyet hakkına sahipsiniz.

Başvurular için info@globalmedia.com.tr adresine "KVKK başvurusu" konulu e-posta gönderin. Kimliğinizi doğrulamak için ek bilgi istememiz gerekebilir. Başvurunuz en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz yanıtlanır. Yanıtı yeterli bulmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

9. Değişiklikler

Veri işleme biçimi değişmeden önce (yeni SDK, reklam, giriş yöntemi vb.) bu sayfayı günceller, tarihi yeniler ve önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde duyururuz. Mağaza gizlilik bilgilerini de buna göre güncel tutarız.

1. Data controller and contact

This policy explains how the Hatim Hesaplama app for iOS and Android processes personal data. The data controller under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") is:

This policy describes the latest version of the app; older versions may not include some of the features described here.

2. Summary

The app collects no personal data: no account, sign-in, ads, analytics, crash reporting or tracking.
The app works without an internet connection; the hatim list, the zakat calculator and the texts are inside the app.
It requests no location, camera, microphone, contacts, photo or file permission. The app offers religious content, but because none of your data reaches us, no special-category personal data is processed.

This information is not sent to us or to third parties; we cannot access it. Uninstalling the app deletes it from the device. If your device's iCloud/computer backup is on, this local information may be part of Apple's/Google's backup system; we have no access to those backups.

What we do not collect: name, email, phone, location, device or advertising ID, usage statistics, crash reports, payment details.

4. Internet, external links and permissions

The app works without an internet connection and does not send data to a server by itself. When you tap the email address or website link in the contact section, or the Diyanet fatwa link in the zakat calculator, your device's email app or browser opens; those apps/sites are subject to their own privacy policies. If you email us, your email address and message are used only to reply to you.

The Android version declares the internet and vibration permissions as a standard part of the app framework. On iOS the counter may use the volume buttons for counting while the app is open; no audio is recorded and no microphone permission is requested.

5. Purposes and legal bases

Because the app processes no personal data, we carry out no processing activity within the meaning of KVKK/GDPR. Only if you email us do we process your email address and message in order to reply (KVKK Art. 5/2-f legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); such correspondence is kept for as long as your request requires and as legal obligations require. For this purpose your data is shared only with our email hosting provider; if a provider outside Turkey is used, the transfer complies with KVKK Art. 9 and GDPR Chapter V.

6. Children

The app may be used by users of any age. Since we collect personal data from no user, children included, there is no additional processing specific to children.

7. Security

Because the app collects no data and sends none over the network, the only stored data is on your device; your device lock and updates determine its security.

8. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11 / GDPR Art. 15-22)

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties it is transferred to in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction, and notification of these to recipients; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for unlawful processing. In the EU/UK you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing) and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Send requests to info@globalmedia.com.tr with the subject "Data request". We may ask you for further information to verify your identity. We reply free of charge within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board or your local authority.

9. Changes

Before data processing changes (new SDK, ads, sign-in method etc.) we update this page, revise the date and announce material changes in the app. We keep the store privacy details in line.
