Common questions
Do I need an internet connection?
No. The text of both books is installed with the app, so reading, search and the glossary work offline.
Where are my bookmarks kept?
Only on your device. There is no account or cloud sync, so they do not move to other devices, and deleting the app deletes them.
How do I make the text larger or use the dark theme?
In the reader, tap the “Tт” button at the top right to change text size, line spacing and theme.
How do I look up a word?
Select the word while reading and tap “Kelimeyi açıkla”, or open the glossary with the book icon at the top.
Why are Arabic passages shown as images?
To keep the script intact, these passages show an image of the source page. Tap “Büyüt” to zoom in.
How do I search both books at once?
On the Ara (Search) tab choose Tümü (All), İlmihal or Marifetname. Tümü searches both books together.
How do I add a home screen widget?
Touch and hold an empty spot on the Home Screen, tap “+”, and pick Günün Bilgisi (İlmihal) or Günün Hikmeti (Marifetname).
What language is the app in?
The app and both books are in Turkish.
